- Controlled and verified airtightness: The building envelope is executed with precision and verified through a Blower Door test — n50 ≤0.6 h⁻¹ — to guarantee the absence of unwanted air infiltration.
- Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery: Continuous air renewal ensures healthy and comfortable indoor environments without significant energy losses, with heat recovery efficiency above 75%.
