The plot occupies a strategic location, equidistant between Santa María del Camí and Portol, with an optimal orientation towards the Serra de Tramuntana. This positioning ensures both privileged views and an efficient use of natural light.
The project is conceived under the premise of timelessness, employing high-quality materials and construction solutions that enhance durability and comfort. A key feature is the use of argile, applied through an innovative methodology that not only fulfills the aesthetic and functional requirements of the developer but also provides material coherence to the overall design.
